Rose Schmidt received her Master of Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2014 and has a diverse clinical and medical background ranging from Primary Care, Urgent Care, Women’s Care and Anti-aging/Prevention. She has over a decade of nursing care and skills that span across the country as a traveling nurse, hospital/acute care nursing and finally, hospice care. Her combination of extensive clinical and medical skills have prepared her to provide compassionate, quality, individualized patient care to each patient in their home. She believes community and home based medical care is not only about taking care of her patient(s), but also, their loved ones. Spending quality time, to develop a mutually respectful, patient-provider relationship, is at the center of her delivery of care. Providing the highest quality of life at home is her goal for each and every patient.
In her free time, she loves to travel world wide, spend time with her family and friends, caring for her 3 pets, and improving the lives and needs of others. Reading is a special past time, along with hiking, yoga, exercising, jogging, exploring and eating healthy.
